“Pandora's Box” originally means to perform an action that may seem small or innocent, but turns have very damaging consequences and far-reaching.This involves to take a big hit on the vision modes and design methods of logistics spaces.
The logistics centre must be a reflection of the ambition of the company. It is necessary to have a project that stands out fo its uniqueness, singularity, flexibility and mixity of use, quality of the concept, design and energy efficiency.
The project puts forward the use of passive energy. It takes advantage of the opportunities offered by the climate (cold temperate), terrain and vegetation to produce a great and convivial setting.
